Not too long ago, my Uncle and his brother-in-law went on a fishing trip to Nags Head, NC. It was about mid-day when they noticed this woman way out in the ocean (farther out than anyone would normally be) swimming towards the shore. When she reached the shore, she approached my Uncle to ask him the time. My Uncle told her the time and she said 'okay, thanks' and then she headed for the ocean again. They stood there watching her until they couldn't see her any more. So, was this a ghost? Or just a woman who was out for exercise?
