About 10 years ago, my dad experienced something from another world. Eventhough I did not experience it, my Dad told me every last detail. I was only like 4 10 years ago, so I didn't wittness this. It was the 4th of July, the first one in our new house which was located in centeral New Jersey. It was late at night, my Mom and I were asleep upstairs when my Dad suddenly woke up. He went downstairs to the kirchen to get a drink. Sitting at the kitchen table was a human like figure. It was like a real man sitting there. He had soilder stuff on. My dad believes he was someone from a war. I forget what war it was, I guess Im not that smart. Anyway, my Dad thought he was a soilder from that one war against the Redcoats. He was on the opposing side, my Dad knew by the way he was dressed. My Dad kept rubbing his eyes, and was unsure of his discoveries. He sat down at the table with his glass of milk and ignored the figure. The soilder started to talk to my dad. He! told him to take care of his daughter(me) and that when I grew up, I'd be special and inspire or something. He also said to my Dad about my brother. He said that'd he'd be special too, but in a different tone. Then my dad said ok, but I don't have a son. A few months later my mom became pregnant with my brother, who is not quite normal. The ghost also told my dad he was havin a bad day, this was the day the lost the war, and he was glad we are such a happy family. Anyway, the freaky thing was that that one war with the redcoats(i think) was fought right where my house was. The streets in that neighborhood were named after the war. Our street was called Drum. Others inclided Canon Ball, Deer Hollow, Pioneer, and Cove. Other people have said they've seen people like this. It seemed to be a nice ghost my dad said. He told me about this story over and over, since I have a huge intrest in ghosts. So if you ever meet a friendly ghost in the centeral Jersey area, think nice ! !~ How it changed my life:It hasn't
