Regardless of whether or not anyone has used ouiji boards and had bad experiences or not, it is something that has hurt, can hurt, and will hurt you if you open your mind to it. Please do not use a oujii board to contact your dead sister. If you are a christian you will see her again in heaven some day. I am in the process of writing a story of something that happened to me when I used a oujii once. It will hopefully change your mind when you read it!!!! Only bad can come from using a ouiji...It will not be your sister you are talking to....  |

| Date: 2/2/2000 3:34:00 PM When a person dies, the Bible says they go directly to heaven to be with the Lord or they go directly to hell. There is no in-between. You cannot contact people that are dead because of this very reason. God does not allow it. Any spirit you contact is going to be 100% pure evil and I'm not playing. It's a fact. If you're indeed a Christian, read the Bible. It's the word of God and is the final authority on these things. If someone says they've spoken to their dead relative, Don't believe them. It's not possible. I'm not saying they didn't speak to something, but I guarantee you it's not who they think it was! Ouiji boards are a tool of evil so please stay away from them. |

I am a wiccan high priestest wicca opens your mind to new possibilites I myself have had several experiances with the Ouiji. One such experiance was 4 of my friends held a gathering with one and let a spirt into this plane of exsistance she became violent when she relized that she was trapped here knocking things off dressers and the such me and my husband trapped it in a qaurts crystal and took the crystal home to cleanse it will sea salt and water in the morning the water was gone the crystal cracked and the spirt of Miranda was in my home she got out some how we let her stay until she started doing disturbing things in my home at wich time we had to bless and cleanse our entire home to let her go home. "asa" has taken over my board. it has gotten scary. i don't think you'll be able to contact your sister. whatever is there will lie and tell you it's her, but you'll soon figure out it's not. save yourself the time and heartache. trust your true instincts. |

To Adam, I am 35 years old and i was always afraid of the ouiji board.I always heard bad things about it.I've always liked scary movies and such but never really believed in them.I have played the Board as an adult with a friend and we both believe in good spirits.Everyone has a spirit guide and if u play the board ask your spirit guide to protect you with white light,imagine yourself and the room and everyone in it surrounded by white light,and u will be fine.I have not had a bad experience with the ouiji board and i played alot.It's not that i don't believe there are evil spirits i just know i am safe.I have heard that spirits can't harm you they just scare you but i don't know that as a fact.I think if u believe in good not evil and that your spirit guide is there to help u you will be fine.I talked to my father and i know it was him because he said things to me that only he and i would know.So if u do buy a Ouiji Board and use it only use it for good feel the good in your heart and you will be fine.Do be careful if you do feel uncomfortable with a spirit ask your spirit guide to take that spirit away and he/she will.Your spirit guide is there to protect you. well whatever you decide to do you will be ok. | Date: 7/2/2000 1:50:00 PM First of all im sorry about your sister. the other people who said that the oujii board a porthole to Hell are idiots and dont know what theyre talking about.the oujii board as made in either the first or second world war in order for peole to talk to thier loved ones who died in war. the way you use an oujii board is two or more people lightly place thier fingers on the indicator. the best way to get good ghosts is to first clear your mind of any negative thoughts .close your eyes and loudly but clearly ask if anyone is there when you feel the indicator start to move open your eyes and begin asking questions. let the ghost ask questions or comments and treat them with respect like you would a normal person .every ghost has a different speed. if you sart to get a negative energy or the ghost spells out mean or gross get off the board. the ouji board is only dangerous if you use it wrong. ghosts love kids because i believe that kids give off an energy that the ghosts are attracted to,also kids accept thier experiences and dont explain or deny them like adults do.im only fourteen but I have experience and two ghosts are in my house. good luck and if you ever talk to your sister tell her that she will never be forgotton and that she is loved but most importently tell her that your alright. Hey. Im sorry about your sister. It may not agree with your principals (with you being a christian) but I say go for it. Im wiccan and I know other Wiccans that have used a Ouigi board. Do not treat it as a game, however. Be cautious, read up on the subject first. Also- try and do it in a group divisable by three. Three is a magickal number and should protect you. Make sure you can trust the others first though. It also helps if you are a witch- as you can do a protection spell first. All I can say is be careful- yet keep your mind open to anything and everything. As the wise one sad: "You have to believe it before you can see it" Blessed be and good luck. |

I am not sure you will be able to contact your sister even if you wanted to, but it wouldn't surprise me if you did. Always, be careful when communicating with spirits. If you have read any of the stories about the Ouija you probably do not want to end up in that situation. I don't understand how this influenced you on being a Christian, but on a personal note I don't think the Ouija is related to any supreme beings--meaning the devil, God, or any kind of being connected in any way, besides the spirits we communicate too of course. However, some do disagree and do believe God, etc. is related to the Ouija. |

i must say that i am not an expert on this subject, but from reading the replies of other people and from stories from members of my family, the ouiji board is not a toy you can just "play" with. it is real and not a game. Adam, i suggest that you do what the person said about asking god, you will be a lot safer then going on an ouiji board. |

Know that there is a loving God and if you stay away from the occult practices you too may have a real chance to be with her someday. Ouji is occult. In the meantime ask her to pray for you. I felt wierd the whole time, and it was wierd because when my friends would ask it a question, I knew the answer before the "spirit" would answer..and it knew my middle name, and noone knows my middle name. It also said me and my best friend were too late, and it owed us..but we don't know what for..then it said it was connected to me, and that's when i got freaked out and decided not to play anymore...I'm never doing that again.. |
