I have had some strange events happen to me in my life and I thought I was alone until I found this site. I now feel a little more comfortable telling my stories. I have had several psychic events happen to me that have made me feel very uncomfortable with my own thoughts and feelings. The fist episode happened when I was in the 8th grade. One Friday night I had a horrible dream about my grandmother(my mom's mom) In my dream my grandmother had gotten up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I could tell in my dream that she wasn't feeling too good. She was wearing a nightgown that was pink and bottoned down the front. She sat down on the toilet to do her thing and she fell over dead. She never said anything and I woke up with the knowledge that she had died of a heartattach. The dream was very disturbing and very real. I went downstairs the next morning and told my mother about it. I was st! ill very upset and crying and my mother was trying to comfort me by saying it was just a dream. I knew it was a dream, but it seemed so real. The dream stayed with me through the weekend and on Sunday night a police came to our door. I will never for get the scream that came from my mother that confirmed that my dream was real. The scream echoed up the stairs and my brother and sister and I ran down to see what had happened. When my mother told us that my grandmother had died and she was going in to find out the details, I already knew what she would find out. When my mother came back the next morning, she took me into her bedroom and asked me to again tell her about my dream. After I had gone over my dream and elaborated on the details of the pink nightgown and heartattack, my mother began to weep---that was EXACTLY what had happened!! Since then, I have had more psychic experiences, but none that were so exact as that one. How it changed my life: It has changed my life greatly. I really pay attention to my feelings and dreams. I believe my caution has saved a member of my family from death.
