We moved into our house in St. Pierre de Wakefield, P.Q. Canada in 1991.Since we moved in we have had a spirit (which we believe to be a little girl under 10,who loves pets and has a spirit cat of her own),come and go.Apparently this spirit lived down the road until the house burned down and then moved here. She never did anything harmful,actually she was like a little sprite.She would unlock the doors at night so the cats could come in, turn on the porch light for them,pinch me,throw socks at my husband,talk to me through a little ceramic bird I had and once when my husband was fooling around with our dog and made what she thought was a threatning move towards it she lifted up a sledge hammer about 2 lbs and lifted it in the air. Since then its outside and he never brings it in. Anyway she left happy and only visits us 2-3 times a year now. My husband is worried because some loggers are intending to cut down 100 acres of wood at the location where she originally appeared d! own the road and he is wondering if the loggers will come to harm as she loves nature and this is her home. We did try to get information from a local paper but the newswoman thought I was nuts.
