I'm crying again after reading this Ginger, it is a beautiful poem. What Lightworker said is so true, the pain and aching in my heart has never lessened and I will always miss Mom more as time goes by, seems like there is just so much more I want to share with her, and I talk to her every day, but it isn't as it was when she was here with us. My heart and prayers are with you, this was so lovely and thank you for sharing it with us.  |

Your post reminded me of the song that has helped me and describes so well what Jer was and is to me. Perhaps it would help you as well. The song is called "Because You Loved Me" and Celine Dion sings it beautifully. This is the song I played at the beginning and end of Jer's memorial. I also printed the lyrics on the back of a picture I gave out of him. I hope it brings you some comfort in your time of immense sorrow. P.S.
