I haven't experienced, but it's very similar to sympathy pains of a father to mother baring a child. I believe you are correct in what happened to you. He may have been thinking of you in his last hours. He may even now be your Guardian Angel. Have faith that he is and it'll put you at peace with his passing. from TexYo@aol.com |

Good story. Sorry about your grandfather. I have had a similiar experience. I felt my deceased grandmother's presence just prior to my mother-in-law's passing. They never knew each other, it was like my grandmother was telling me everything would be o.k. and they (the dead)will always be with us. |

I get strange feelings when something is going to happen. I know this may sound stupid, but, remember when Ginger Spice left the Spice Girls? Well, about a week before that, I was spending the night at my friend's house, my sis and our friend were sleeping, I was looking at this Spice Girl's poster. I had this strange feeling. Thanks for the responses. This one episode is the only time that I think I was psychically sensing someones death. As for other...or trivial premonitions I'm sure I've had them...like most people. TC  |

yes......i believe everything you say. i had a similar experience except i had a dream about a future death in our family onw week before it happened and it changed mt life forever....i was bonded very close to my grandmother and it took years for my to recover............  |

My grandfather just recently had a heart attack, had 4 heart by-passes done. He would had died if not he had went to the doc. soon. He thought he had indegestion. I know how you feel bout' your grandfather, I love mine too but can't say I can feel one w/mine. We are not that close, I was closer to my grandmother, hough I love my grandfather. Good story still. =0)  |

Yes, I think it was some kind of spiritual, family bond. I was his first grandchild. That may have had something to do with it. I once read a story in a book, about someone who also suffered from heart palpitations at the time that a loved one was dying. |

I also wanted to add one more thing...I HAVE had an experience like this. When I was around 10 or 11 my big toe on my right foot had a slight tingle to it. Being a severe hypocondriac (sp?) I thought I had gangrene or MS. It went on for several hours. It turns out that my brother had been at camp and was stung by a scorpion on his big toe earlier that day. We are not twins or anything, in fact he is exactly 2 years 2 months and 2 days older than me. But I do beleive in somekind of family connection. Good post. |
