My mother's name is Ottilie Kain and she was German. My father was a black American soldier stationed in Germany between the time of 1946-1952. I am trying to find him and a sister that was adopted by an American family and taken back to the United States. My father's first name was Moses, and he was born in Warren, Arkansas. I only have my father's first name and some photos. I believe my sister's first name was Matilda. If anyone can help find my father and my sister, please contact me.
