In case you people dont know what snipe hunting is, it is where you take about 3-5 people out in the woods, and tell one person that doesnt know what you're doing, to go far in the distance to see if he can see any hunting game. Then right when they turn their back to you, you and the other people hide in the bushes or some place and watch the other person try and find you. It's sort of like marooning somebody but still staying with them to see what they do. It's actually real funny until it gets out of hand. Anyway, I took 4 freinds out in the woods and we were going to abandon one of them by the name of Steven (we wanted to take him snipe huntin' because he began to get smart with everybody). He didnt know what on earth we were doing. We took him far out in the woods and told him to go to the top of the hill and see if he could see any deer or anything because we had been tracking down deer. He went to the top of the hill and my other 2 friends and I took off to hide behind a tree. He turned around and saw we were not there. He called after us, and he yelled and hollered like crazy. Eventually he began to start to cry, for some wierd reason. One of the people in my group told me that we should go get him because he thought it was starting to get out of hand. I said no, and he proceeded to call out to us. he began to wonder around and eventually he looked like he was about to pass out. He began to sprint towards where he thought was the correct direction to our 4-wheelers. We followed him, and then we couldnt find him. So all of us knew something was wrong so we began to call out to him. All was silent without any replies. We began to start to run towards where we thought he was, and couldnt find him. Finally we found him on the ground unconscious. He was obviously jumped by some creature. He had scratches all over his face and was bleeding tremendously around his neck and shoulders. After a while we got Steven to wake up. He was up shaking like crazy. We asked him what happened. And with a few cuss words to us he said he saw something very big, hairy, and unhuman. That was why he ran. Across from where he lie I saw enormous tracks on the ground. That were of no aniamal that I knew of. I followed the tracks on my 4-wheeler. The tracks never seemed to stop. After 2 hours of searching the tracks I gave up, because it had begun to get dark. I left those woods that day and never came back. How it changed my life:This didnt really change my life. But nowadays I hunt in a deer stand just to be safe. And I know it couldnt be a bear because there arent any bears down in Tennessee and plus I would have cought up with the bear on my four wheeler.
