My Dad was the oldest of 10 kids, and we had a ton of cousins. We would have a great time over there, but the best part was watching my Grandma read tea leaves. She would sit at the kitchen table with all the cups lined up in front of her. My aunts, uncles & my parents would all have a cup of tea, and then Grandma would read their fortunes. Us kids were firm believers in Grandma's abilities. One night she saw a horse in my Dad's cup, on the way home a horse ran out in front of my Dad's car. Another time, there was a box of small animals in my Mom's cup. When we got home that night, we discovered that someone had abandoned a box of kittens in our garage. Why, she even predicted my younger sister when she saw a woman in a rocking chair holding a baby in my Mom's cup. Like I said, Hawk & I grew up around some pretty strange happenings....T. How it changed my life: Made me a believer in the supernatural.
