He was born November 25, 1972 to Rosemary Ann Gloer and William D. Jones at Kaiser-Permanente Medical Center in Santa Clara, CA. He was given the name, Timothy Roy Gloer. At the time of his birth is father was 21 years old and his mother was 20 years old. Father was in the service at the time of Timothy's birth. Parents were never married. Timothy lived with his mother until approx. age 8 years. He also remembers having two younger sisters and a younger brother.
