On June 7th,1964,Caroyln Cascio,a licensed pilot along with one passenger,took to the sky from Nassau.Their destination was Grand Turk Island in the Bahamas.However when she reached the point where she calculated Grand Turk should have been,she radioed that she could not find her direction.She thought she was circling two unidentifiable islands,radioing the message'There is nothing down there!' Carolyn Cascios plane was observed by islanders on Grand Turk for at least 30 minutes,and then,suddenly vanished.She was never seen or heard from again. The question is ,How is it that the islanders could clearly see the plane,but she did not see them ,or the buildings on Grand Turk Island? Time displacement has been suggested,to say Carolyn Cascio entered a'hole in the sky', back to a time when there were no buildings on the island,explaining her failure to see them.
