In 1974, My mother walked out on the five of us. The state of California took us into the foster care system. My sisters were put up for adoption, they were adopted by thier foster parnets I was placed in several girls schools until I turned 18. Whereas I took off on my own. I have been looking for the last several years my name is Debbie Lynn Shelton-White, My sisters were born with the names Helen Yvonne Stephens and Lucinda Dale Stephens.
