I have been playing the ouija board for the past five years, but until recently I had no physical proof that it actually worked. One night my friend and I were bored so we decided to get the Ouija out of the trunk. We parked in an empty lot and began playing. A few months earlier, our spirit told us that we were to find a baseball card that he had taken from someone during his life and send it to that person. He said that it was hidden in the park where we usually played the ouija board....however, after a few minutes of looking we gave up. So a few months later, having forgot all about our 'assignment', we tried to contact our spirit once again. This time he spoke of the card in more detail....he told us that the initials of the baseball player were 'RJ'. He then instructed us to drive to the park, which was a few minutes away, and park the car in the front lot. We were then to walk on the sidewalk near the street....supposedly it was under a log. So we dr! ove to the park and got out of the car, making sure that all of the doors were locked. We followed the directions but we were unsuccessful in our search. All we found was an old newspaper...scattered around the logs. We went back to the car and asked the spirit if he was playing a joke on us and he said that we had found the newspaper that was used to protect the card. So we decided to bring the board with us this time; maybe he could lead us to the card. Finally we came to an area with 3 or 4 logs. It was dark and very hard to see, but by following the lead of the pointer we were able to find the correct hiding place. My friend reached his hand under the log and pulled out an old piece of newspaper....inside there was a Reggie Jackson baseball card. We were amazed, scared, and ecstatic at the same time. We ran back to the car and decided to go to the store. When I got out of the car, the rear door on the passenger's side was wide open. It's possible that it swung o! pen, but wouldn't we have heard something? And remember, we locked all of the doors. We believe that it was our spirit..... How it changed my life:This one event has given meaning to all of the years I've spent playing with the ouija board......it has proved that it wasn't just my imagination....that there is life after death....a spiritual world that is still very much a part of the world we know.
