I was studying for my exams that will take me to university and at the same time I could hear my mum watch the Flintstones inside. At one point in time the Yabba Dabba Doo's turned into a lady's voice which was like she was talking through a bottle. I thought that my mum had changed channel but this was proved wrong when at one point in time I could hear both the Flintstones and this lady's voice at the same time. I knew there was somthing strange to this as we only have one TV set upstairs and we couldn't possibly watch 2 channels at a time. I stopped and turned my head quickly and shocked at this and I saw this lady wearing white, with her hair to one side and wearing something light-blue aroung her chest--she was only there for a second but you could imagine how much I studied then!! All I could think about was her, asking myself: what was she and who was she? and what was she doing in my room anyway?? I could find no response not even to the question 'what as she! trying to tell me?' I kept this strange even to myself until the next day when my mum told me what happened to my brother that same day. He was alone at home--practicing the piano when he heard a loud hard knock on the glass door that is inside the house and not outside or near the main gate. He thought it was us as only we could enter the house and knock on that door do he went to open but all he saw was a white thing that vanished immediately. Mum told him that it could have been a cat but he insists that it was a real loud knock and it was no cat and she explained my story by telling me that it was all a result of stress but I know that it wasn't because I have had worse stressed moments and I never experienced anything like that. I never saw anything of that kind in our house and anyway--why would this 'lady' have to come in my room? I have a very large house ok but it is modern so there is no excuse about former residents. Does the road-history effect??--see the house in front of us is built on catacombs--that's where the street takes it's name. Anyway--I've been living here ever since i was 5 that makes it 12 years and I have never met anything of that kind at home! I won't mind comments! thanks Suzanne suzanne@digigate.net How it changed my life:I have learnt that these things may happen to all the people and everywhere: to those who believe and to those who don't; only that those who bilieve accept the mystery as it is and with courage or knowledge whereas the non-beilievers try to find any kind of explanation--even if it doesn't make sense.
