I was adopted at the age of five (I think!)from George and Margaret Mead (Meade?)in Buffalo, OK in 1962/63. I had five sisters and two brothers: Sarah, Vanita, Hazel, Lucy, Alice, Jerry, and Keith. I have had no contact with any real family members since that day. I know that Sarah and Vanita were married at the time, but I do not know their married names. Sarah had a son, which made me an uncle when I was four or five. Alice was only about six months old. We were taking from each other by the State of Oklahoma. We were on welfare and our father was not supporting us very well. I would like to find by brothers and sisters to get them and find out how their lives were changed. My name was George Edward Mead(e),Jr. It is now George Phillips and I currently reside in Midwest City, OK. Please help me find my siblings. Why we are looking for them:Nver felt close to adopted family. Afraid to become real close with anyone.
