When I was around seven or eight years old, my sister, my cousins and I, were to go to church camp with my Grandmother. This was something we did every summer. Usually my mother would drive us, but this year my grandmother was to come to town to pick us up and my mother would arrive at camp the next day. On the day we were to leave, my mother took us shopping for camp clothes. When we had finished my sister and I got in our car while my mother put our new clothes in the truck. As I was sitting in the back seat of the car I had an eerie feeling that we were going to get in a car accident with my grandma that day. I knew I couldn't tell my older sister, she thought I was young and stupid most of the time. I contemplated telling my mom, but new she would think I was rediculous. I was very frightened and when we got home I tried telling my mother. I said, 'I dont want to drive with Nana today I want to go with you tomorrow. She said, 'Why?' I told her that I thou! ght we were going to get in a car wreck and she said, 'Dont be rediculous'. Well, sure enough, as we were heading down Highway 17 in the Santa Cruz mountains, our car plunged off a cliff. I watched out the widow as we passed trees and weeds. Everything in the car was flying around. God was with us that day. My grandmother suffered the most serious of injuries with lacerations to her face and upper body. My sister was found under the break peddle, unharmed, my cousins glasses were found under the car tire and I was shaken but ok. We landed directly next to a huge tree. Thank God. I listen very closely to my intuition now. It has helped me numerous times, including catching a cheating husband. Oh, well....God works in mysterious ways. How it changed my life:I listen to my inner self more often.
