Erica and I were staying over night at Sammi's House for her Birthday. We decided days before that we were going to have a seance, and bought books on witchcraft and demonology. We wanted to contact any spirit (or what not) on a ouija board. We were successful. Following carful instruction from the books, we waited till midnight, and lit many candles placing the largest at the head of the board. Then while Sammi sat with a piece of paper and a pen, waiting to copy down anything and everything the spirit has to say, Erica, and I prepared to contact the un-dead. Erica asked the first question. 'Ouija; is there anyone there, willing to speak to us.' And as she said that we all got a cold feeling. And the eye of the board began to move. Y-E-S. And that is how the conversation with our spirit began. It was lengthy so I won't tell the details. At 1:30am we were all tired and decided to stop. We said goodbye to the board, after finding out the name and age of the pending spirit. Then we blew out the candle and turned the board over, placing the eye on top of it. Then we went to sleep, but we all still had the same cold feeling. The night of the seance we were the last to go to sleep, and the next morning I was the first to wake up. Then I realized that I had left my shoes downstairs with the board. I woke up Sammi and Erica because I did not want to go down alone, after the experences of the night before. We all went down stairs, to realize all at the same time that the ouija board was turned over, and the eye piece was on the words 'hello'. I grabed my shoes and ran upstairs, the others close behind. Then Later when we went downstairs again it was back the way we had left it the night before. After that day we tried again many times to speak to a spirit but it never worked. I would like to have another experince but I doubt I will ever have the chance
